The Fiji House is the first house on Madison Lane.
Founded in 1848, Phi Gamma Delta has over 108 undergraduate chapters throughout the United States and Canada. Membership in Phi Gamma Delta (also known as "Fiji") is premised on five key VALUES:
Friendship, Knowledge, Service, Morality, and Excellence.
The Brotherhood of Phi Gamma Delta would like to welcome you. Over the past 150 years, the Omicron Chapter of Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) has established itself as one of the foremost fraternities on Grounds.
Fiji is looking for more than most fraternities. We are looking for leaders who encompass the spirit of a Fiji Gentleman. Our Chapter is made up of student leaders, varsity athletes, Jefferson Scholars, Madison House volunteers, Rodman and Echols Scholars, ROTC Cadets, and students of all majors and disciplines.
Excellence
Phi Gamma Delta and the Omicron Chapter stand for excellence. Our chapter has won the Cheney Cup - the trophy given to the best overall Phi Gamma Delta chapter - multiple years in row.
In addition, we consistently win IFC awards, including the Intramural Highpoint Championship, Best Chapter, Best Contribution to the University, and Best Philanthropy.
The most important aspect of our fraternity, however, is the brotherood. If Fiji sounds like something you are interested in being a part of, we look forward to seeing you during Rush.
