The Brotherhood of Phi Gamma Delta (Fiji) is looking for more than most fraternities. We are looking for those who encompass the spirit of a Fiji gentleman.
We are committed to providing opportunities for each brother to develop responsibility, leadership, and social skills in order to become a fully contributing member of society.
We are a social fraternity, hosting parties, mixers, and date functions, but we also take community service, academic achievement, and overall excellence very seriously. We received the Cheney Cup—the award for the best Fiji chapter in the North America—in both 2007 and 2008. Here at Virginia, we recently received IFC awards for our scholarship, philanthropy, and chapter leadership. We also won the 2008 Intramurals Highpoints Championship.
The FIJI house is located right across from the Rotunda. Our Chapter is made up of student leaders, varsity athletes, Jefferson Scholars, Madison House volunteers, Rodman and Echols Scholars, ROTC Cadets, and students of all majors and disciplines.
Our brothers come from all over America and abroad. Our pledge process is value based and haze-free. Our focus is on creating better Brothers not better Pledges.

The Omicron Chapter House is one of the finest fraternity properties on grounds. Thanks to generous donations from our graduate brothers, 128 Madison Lane is able to provide residence to 26 brothers each year.
The Omicron Chapter House Society has established the Annual Fund through Alumni Hall. All donations will pass through the UVA Fund - giving you credit with the University of Virginia and Phi Gamma Delta. You will receive a receipt for your donation and acknowledgement for your gift to the University (please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductability of this gift). 100% of your donation will go to graduate relations and maintaining the chapter house.

Each November, the Fiji chapters at UVA and Virginia Tech support the Jimmy V Foundation with their Annual Run Across Virginia. Each year, these two chapters partner to run the game ball between Blacksburg and Charlottesville for the UVA/Virginia Tech football game. This past year, the Fiji chapters at UVA and Virginia Tech combine to raise over $45,000 for the Jimmy V Foundation for Cancer Research. Our efforts have funded several research grants in our name and helped spread invaluable awareness about this deadly disease.
