The Omicron Chapter House Corporation (OCHS) manages the maintenance, renovations, and finances associated with the Chapter House at 128 Madison Lane. The OCHS board has nine graduate members and three undergraduate members who meet on a quarterly basis. The graduate members serve a rotating, two-year term while the three undergraduate members change as the officers of the undergraduate Chapter change. The undergraduates serving on the board are the Chapter President, Chapter Treasurer and one other delegate recommended by the Chapter President and approved by OCHS.

OCHS views the Chapter House as our brothers’ most valuable possession. It provides a home for all brothers to return to even after their undergraduate days. As Omicron approaches its 150th Anniversary, OCHS will focus much of its efforts on the Omicron Capital Campaign. OCHS’ goal is raise the necessary $600,000 to complete renovations of the Omicron Chapter House and maintain this work through proper long-term care and fiscal planning
